Maldon Mud Race
The Maldon Mud Race is one of the most iconic events in Essex. This year's race takes place on Sunday 2nd June, and we will be taking part in their event on the Saturday before the big day... we'll announce more soon, but you won't miss the DJs in Caroline Coastal t-shirts!
Caroline Coastal Trail Walk
Using a fun narrative trail, run or walk a scenic 10 kilometre trail on good paths around Maldon Promenade, which has been mapped out by professionals at Essex Trail Events. Start times are from 9.30am onwards, and you can pick your time when you sign up online.
Entry fee is £12 per person, or £10 if you are a member of a running club. Entry includes the written narrative trail and a voucher to spend on food and drink in the Maldon Saints YFC Clubhouse on return, where you will also get to meet Caroline Coastal presenters.
All proceeds will be donated to Caroline Coastal and Maldon Saints YFC. Book your place online at http://www.entrycentral.com/Caroline-Coastal.
Smoke and Fire Festival
After a triumphant return to Promenade Park in recent years, the Smoke and Fire Festival is an event not to miss. The UK's largest BBQ festival experience has a wide range of food vendors, eating competitions and entertainment - including special guests The Hoosiers. Don't miss out on the weekend of 17th and 18th August, and keep your eyes peeled for Caroline Coastal DJs roaming around interviewing guest and getting involved with some of the ongoings!
